User Account & Password

As long as you have a valid email address, you can head over to our sign up page, provide the requested information, and you're ready to go.

Simply log in to your TREND LENCY user account to update your personal information. By clicking on "My Account," you can access all of your information. You can change your personal information by going to "Account Details".

We are completely compliant with the Data Protection Act, so you can rest assured that shopping with TREND LENCY is safe. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your privacy and personal information.

Don’t worry, to reset your password, go to our log-in page and click "Forgot Your Password?" then enter the email address registered and click "Submit". We'll then send you an email so you can create a new password and start shopping again.

Ordering & Payments

It is simple to place an order with us. Log in to your account to start browsing our selection.

When you've located the item you want, simply choose your size and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your selected item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site, you can click on the cart at any moment to check its contents in the "Mini Cart". When you're ready to place your order, you can either click "Check Out" from the mini cart or click "View Cart", which will offer you the opportunity to "Proceed to Checkout".

If you have saved any addresses or payment methods to your account, they will appear immediately in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise, you will have to manually enter the information.

Before you place your final order, double-check that everything is accurate. We will then send you an email as soon as your order has been processed.

Thank you for shopping with TREND LENCY! Shortly after placing your order, you will get an email confirmation with your order number (starting with #TL) and a summary of the items ordered.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, it's most likely due to a mistake in the email address you In any case, please contact our Customer Service team to solve your problem.

Keeping your online payments secure is our top priority. That means you will need to use 3D Secure to validate your card payment in order to complete your purchase. We do this to ensure that our customers are safe while they shop.

Yes, if you are having trouble placing your order, please call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you to process your order. Add the items you like most to your Wishlist so you don't lose sight of them. If you want to access them from any device, you must first log in or register.

We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online as soon as we begin packing your purchase.

When you login in to My Account, you will also be able to track your order under "Order History".

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the tracking information to be uploaded.

Yes, your delivery address is selected during the checkout process. Your order will automatically default to any saved address, but you can choose to add a new one by clicking "Add New Address".

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change a shipping address. To make an address change, we would have to cancel the order and replace it with the correct address.

Shipping & Tracking

We sell a wide range of products and make every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible. We provide four different shipping options, each with a different price. Check out the delivery costs:

Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75. Orders of $74.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $5 and are ineligible for free shipping.

International Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100. Orders of $99.99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $15 and are ineligible for free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

We take such matters very seriously. Please call us at +1 (716) 755 66 75 so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

To start a return, you can contact us at return@trendlency.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment (bank account, credit card, PayPal account).

You also have the possibility of receiving an TREND LENCY Gift Card for the amount of the returned items, which you can use on your next purchase. Please let us know what you would prefer on the returns form. If you choose to receive a gift certificate, it will automatically be sent to the email address that is saved to your user account.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from receiving of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your financial institution, it might take 5-10 business days for your funds to appear in your account.

*TREND LENCY reserves the right to reject refunds for products that fail to meet our Return Policy.

Size Guide

Please note all conversions are approximate and may vary by label, brand, or personal preference of fit. Items for sale are offered in US Sizes unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Gift Cards

Yes, we do offer eGift cards (but not physical gift cards). You can purchase eGift Cards here. The gift card will be added to your cart and you may checkout with it as part of your order.

Your own! The eGift card will be sent to your email address - giving you the option to either forward it to its recipient or print it and deliver in person!

Not yet. At the time of forwarding along your gift, include a small message for a personal touch.

Gift cards do not have an expiration date. There are no service costs as well.
